Terms and Conditions:
All students enrolled in our courses must read and abide by the terms and conditions issued by D Square Consulting Services Private Limited.
  1. These terms and conditions are presumed to have been read, agreed to, and accepted by the student/applicant/candidate.
  2. The student hereby confirms that he/she is 18 years of age or more on the day of his/her course booking.
  3. Places on courses are limited to 45 applicants per batch. Early applicants will receive priority during registration. The places are guaranteed once payment is received.
  4. The study material given to students is proprietary material. It should not be shared or copied or circulated, disclose, reproduce, duplicate or distribute in any form. Strict action will be taken against violators. In case a student is found involved in any violation of the copyrights of D Square Study material, the admission will be cancelled.
    1. a) Study material will be issued only once. Students are advised to keep them safe. No duplicate or copy of the material will be issued.
  5. Standard face-to-face training courses can be booked using our website's booking forms. When you make a booking for an online course, you are making an offer to D Square to book you onto the course you have chosen. You will receive an automated summary email of your selection after submitting the face-to-face training course course form. D Square will accept your offer by entering your booking into the D Square system and sending you an email confirming your booking as well as information on how to begin your learning.
  6. Training fees can be paid at the point of booking via ____ (UPI) secure online payment process or can be paid by bank account transfer. In all cases, payment must be received prior to start of training.
  7. D Square ensures that all of our training services are provided diligently, in a good, workmanlike, timely, and professional manner, in accordance with industry standards. The training services will be provided in accordance with the individual class agendas. D Square shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it deems fit in its sole discretion, and D Square shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who D Square deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course in its sole discretion.
  8. D Square reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by notifying you at least seven calendar days before the scheduled start date. In the event that D Square cancels the event, you have the option of receiving a full refund or credit toward another class (es). Nonetheless, D Square will not be held liable for any non-refundable tickets or reservations made by you. If D Square cancels a training class due to unforeseeable circumstances, the student is entitled to a full class credit, which must be used within one month of the original class date for another class offered by DSquare.
  9. You should be aware that our Partner Institutions may have their own terms, policies, and procedures governing your participation in our courses. If you do not meet those requirements, you will be unable to register for them on our platform.
  10. If you receive credit or certification for a course from our Partner Institution, that is entirely your responsibility, and you should contact them if you have any problems obtaining your certificate.   11. The content we provide on our platform is owned by us. You have no rights over that content, except as provided in the contract.
  12. Fees once paid are not returnable/refundable or transferable.
  13. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the course as described on our website and in any brochures or printed materials. However we reserve the right to:
    1. a) Alter the timetable, location or presenters specified for a course; and
    2. b) Make reasonable amendments to the content and syllabus of a course, when necessary.
  14. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your course booking and refund all fees paid by you, regardless of whether the course itself is to proceed, with no further liability on our part.
  15. We also reserve the right to exclude you from any course after it has begun if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you are impeding the delivery of the course or other of our activities, or that your presence is bringing or threatening to bring the University, any part of it, or its subsidiaries into disrepute. In these cases, we will refund any fees you have paid but will have no further liability to you as a result of the termination or exclusion.
  16. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing any of our contractual obligations that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  17. By sharing mobile numbers and mail IDs (single and unique email IDs and mobile numbers), students consent to receive mail and messages from the D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. The institute does not guarantee the confidentiality of the number and the mail ID tough measures will be taken to keep them secure. D Square will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered as a result of communicating with a student by email and/or SMS.
  18. The management holds the right to provide admission to the courses.
  19. Students shall submit his/her recent passport-size photograph at the time of admission.
  20. All aspirants will maintain the necessary code of conduct as laid down in the rules and regulations
  21. Aspirants shall attend the classes regularly and take the necessary steps laid down by D Square.
  22. D Square only helps and guide aspirants to success in exams/interviews and does not guarantee successful results or the final selection of jobs.
  23. By taking enrollment, the student submits to the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
