For example, when an individual purchases a new coffee table that person interacts with while sitting beside it, keeping his/her drinks on the table and through that the individual evaluates its experience including the colors, material, and the physical appearance of the coffee table giving it’s a distinct outlook in the room. Companies should understand the role that a product plays in the user’s lives. User experience relies on the framework of the product and evaluates in which context it is used. The experience “User Experience” denotes what the individual thinks and feels while using the product. It should indicate the particular product’s rationality and emotions while using the product. Lastly, companies shall also understand that with the new and changed product the user experience will differ too. Companies can either lose their loyal users or the betterment/changed product holds the UX value with new heights.

It tries to fulfill the user’s needs, if the customer doesn’t enjoy using the product/ service, it can drive a poor reputation in the market. Leading to revenue loss as the potential customers moved towards the competitors in the market. it aims to provide a positive outlook to keep a user loyal to the brand. The user experience should also focus on defining the customer’s journeys with the product. When it comes to UX, it mainly focuses on products and services. Bringing and keeping loyal users to the product or brand.
